2003-02-13 - 5:21 p.m. I found this on AngieJ's LJ and wanted to give it a shot... DESCRIBE YOUR.. * Wallet - Blue with plenty of rooms for pictures etc. * Hairbrush - Ordinary hairbrush with *metal* 'spikes' (or whatever you'd call them!), the plastic ones makes my hair go crazy with statics. * Toothbrush - whichever is cheapest at a given time. * Jewelry worn daily - silver or gold ear studs, a silver ring my uncle and aunt gave me many years ago, silver necklace with a cross or gold necklace with a kiwi (the bird, not the fruit) which my Morfar gave me after Mormor died. * Pillow cover - blue with white flowers * Duvet - most of the time, my boyfriend's ;-) * Coffee cup - I'm not really a coffee drinker * Sunglasses - cheap ones bought from the local 'Matas' (a drug store in DK) * Underwear - mostly cotton, although I have the odd lacey pair. * Favorite shirt - A red / pink / purple blouse knitted with very big hoops. The colours sound as though they clash, but I really like the look of it. * Cologne/Perfume - Tresor or CKone * CD in stereo right now - Cher's Greatest Hits * Tattoos - I'd love one, but am not sure if I 'dare'. If I ever get one, it'll probably be either on my shoulder or lower back. Something small... perhaps a kiwi, a cross or my 'special' sign (a treble clef, a cross and a heart entwined) * Piercings - one in my right ear, two in my left. * What you are wearing now - Jeans and a sweater my mum knitted for me. * In my mouth - Nothing * In my head - "I don't want to be at school!" * Wishing - that my DB and I will soon get to start wedding plans * After this - hi-ho, hi-ho, it's off to work I go. * Fetishes - none... I don't think... * If you could get away with it and murder anyone, and for what reason - NEVER! * Person you wish you could see right now - My bestest friend who, unfortunately, lives in NZ * Is next to you - More computers. Am sitting in the computer lab at uni. * Some of your favorite movies - Monsters Inc., Coyote Ugly, Nell, Whole Nine Yards, The Sound of Music. * Something you're looking forward to in the upcoming month - meeting my DB's grandparents :o) * The last thing you ate - chips. * Something that you are deathly afraid of - hurting someone I love, loosing the love of people I love. * Do you like candles - Love them. * Do you like incense - Sometimes. Depends on the scent. * Do you like the taste of blood - Yuck! No! * Do you believe in love - Always! "Love never fails. And now these three remain--faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love." 1 Corinthians 13. * Do you believe in soul mates - Yes. I have met both my male soul mate, and my female soul mate (the bestest friend I mentioned earlier) * Do you believe in love at first sight - Am not sure. I definitely believe in attraction at first sight, and that attraction may just turn into love, but whether it was love right away... I don't know. One of my friends started going out with her boyfriend the second time they met, and now, 6 years down the road, they are still together. * Do you believe in Heaven - Of course. I don't understand the people who believe that after death - nothing. * Do you believe in God - All my life. * What do you want done with your body when you die - I don't need it any longer, why not let other's benefit from it. I'm an organ donor, and really hope my relatives will respect that wish. If by my death I'm able to save another person's life, then my death's worthwhile. * Who is your worst enemy - I don't have any real enemies among human beings, but since I am a Christian, Satan is without a doubt my worst enemy. * If you could have any animal for a pet, what would it be - a cat! I love dogs too, but cats are easier to take care of. Unfortunately, my DB is allergic to cats, so I'll never be getting one. * What is the latest you've ever stayed up - until 6am and had to get up at 8am! * Can you eat with chopsticks - Yes. Am fairly good at it too :o) I remember when I was in Singapore with my family, we ate at a Chinese restaurent. Remember that I have 3 younger sisters, and at that age we looked like the classical blonde-hair, blue-eyes Scandinavians. We've been used to eating with chopsticks from a very young age, so when offered forks and knives, we all declined... making all the waiters in the restaurent line up to see how a bunch of Danes (young girls even) would succeed using chopsticks. I found it greatly amusing, my dad rather embarrassing I'm afraid ;) * What's your favorite coin - The New Zealand cents. I prefer silver coins to gold coins and I like how they have something typical New Zealand printed on them. * What are some of your favorite candies - Jaffas! They resemble M&M's execpt the sugar covering have an orangy taste. * What's something that you wish people would understand - that intolorence gets us nowhere. * What's something you wish you could understand better - how not to get upset by little things. * Who is someone that you really wish was still around - Mormor.
