2001-12-30 - 8:58 a.m. Well, one of my friends told me about this "Friday Five" thing, where lots of people answer the same five questions, and then link to the original page - sounded like fun, AND a way to be more regular with writing here, so I thought I'd give it a shot.. BTW, the link to the questions is: http://phaeba.net/smattering/archives/00000245.html 1. What was your biggest accomplishment this year? Uh... difficult... staying sane I think! This year has been a _very_ bad one for me with lots of personal problems. If you've been reading my archieves you'll know all about the grand "A" soap opera in the begining of the year. My sister got sick, my grandfather got sick (he actually died on Dec. 10th :-( ), one of my dear friends from the theater society at uni dissappeared from the face of the earth - together with the money he was in charge of (only about $400, but still...) and of course all the problems with my DB finding a place to live... Thankfully the latter has FINALLY sorted itself out. YAY!!! His Christmas present for me was that he'll be moving during January. I absolutely cannot wait!!!! The last week of January we're going on a MiniCruise to Oslo, Norway to celebrate :-) 2. What was your biggest disappointment? Alas, this one is easy - that it's taken such a long time for my DB to get is A. in G. and MOVE ALREADY! :-( Although losing A's friendship comes in as a close second. 3. Will you be making any New Year's resolutions? The usual - to tell people in words and deeds what they mean to me. Oh, and to make sure 2002 will be better than 2001 - although that shouldn't be too difficult. 4. Where do you wish you were celebrating? In New Zealand!!!! I've lived in New Zealand for 2 years, and have a VERY soft spot for that country! I'll be returning ASAP - if not sooner, then my DB has promised we'll go there for our honeymoon :-) 5. What do you plan to do for New Year's Eve? I'm going to a party together with some of my very good friends. Not a party-party, but more like a cozy gathering. Should be fun. I'm looking forward to it.
