2001-08-24 - 11:21 a.m. I realize I haven't written for a VERY long time, but that basically goes for everything I was supposed to do this summer... I just haven't been able to get my act together! Anyway, a quick recap of what's been going on since I wrote last. I went to Crete, Greece with my family for a week. We had a wonderful time, but I missed my DB something terrible! He came to pick me up in the airport, bringing a long-stemmed rose (sweet! :) ) and we both agreed, that we're not going to do this again in a hurry! I'm simply so addicted to being together with him, but fortunately, the feeling is mutual. My second-to-youngest sister left for Canada, where she'll be staying until mid-December. She's attending a high school in Montreal, as she wants to learn French (and France was just too close to home My youngest sister has started a boarding school in Northern Zeeland. I used to go to the same boarding school when I was her age, which was a great experience. It's a Christian boarding school, which specializes in music and drama. They put on a musical every year - when I went there, it was a musical version of the story about Cyrano de Bergerac, this year there are rumours flying about, that it might be Les Mis. I sent A a list of the courses I'm taking next year, as promised, and afterwards deleted all his old emails. I'm not going to write him again. It pains my DB too much, and I simply cannot do that. I was a bit sad to delete all the mails, as some of the old ones were good, but I don't even want to imagine how hurt my DB would be, if he saw I still had them. So out they went. No great sacrifice. My DB means the world to me (and I to him - believe it or not :) ), A and I would never even be friends after all that's happened. My DB will (hopefully!) be moving out within the next week or two. He spoke to his brother about him wanting to move out last week, and though he didn't ask straight out, if he could move in with him, he sounded very optimistic when he came to visit me, saying that it probably wouldn't be a problem at all. He's promised me to get a definite answer next week, for which I'm GLAD! My patience is wearing very thin, I must admit. For my own peace of mind I'll remind him of it on Monday, and then just leave it up to God. I NEED a resolution on this! Well, that's basically what's been happening over the summer. I promise to try to be better in bringing my diary up to date in the future. Will probably be easier once uni starts again (Sep. 3rd), and I get some sort of order back in my life.
