2001-04-24 - 4:28 p.m. I am SO psycked right now! This morning I received an email from 'M' (my VERY best friend's mother, who 'adopted' me as her second daughter when I lived in NZ). From May 20th to 25th she'll be in Frankfurt with her job, and as she's not flying back till the 27th, she asked if she could come visit me in between!!! D'oh! Of COURSE!!!! I just about screamed out loud, and almost started crying with happiness when I told my DB about it. I'm almost scared to look too much forward to it, as I'm afraid something will come up, so she can't make it. I'd be SO disappointed. But on the other hand, I just want to jump up and down yelling "YAY! M's coming to Denmark!!!!" at the top of my voice :-) I can't help but laugh at myself though... if I'm this excited to have her come visit me, can you imagine how much more it will be when it's my best friend? But it will be WONDERFUL to see her again :-) :-) Goodness, I am TIRED! I had a backache, so I didn't sleep much last night, which I can definitely feel now, but despite being tired, I'm really happy today (at least when I don't think about 'A'. That won't stop bugging me for quite some time yet, I don't think. I MISS my old friend, and at the same time am _furious_ with him for being so childish). I really missed my DB over Easter (where I went on holiday with my family), so now I'm enjoying spending time with him even more. We always have a great time together, even when doing nothing special... such as going to the library together for example. He told me Thursday that he's quite certain that once we've become "official", it won't be long till he proposes - max a year. I was thrilled to hear that, because I can think of few things better than being engaged to him (e.g. being married to him ;-) ), and definitely want to spend the rest of my life together with him. Besides, I _am_ looking forward to seeing how he proposes. He's told me he already knows how he's going to: "very imaginative, and it might even be original". But that's all he'll say. I'm getting curious!!! It never ceases to surprise me how much of a perfect gentleman he is though. The only time he didn't call when he was going to be late, was once when he fell asleep, and didn't wake up till I called and asked when he was coming
